Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, along with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual communication. Candidates who are familiar with AI-powered design tools will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials.
Create book layouts, brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, advertisements, and other promotional creatives.
Develop visually appealing graphics while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver creative projects within deadlines.
Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop.
Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure design quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software,



and AI-based creative tools.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and print production.
Creativity with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
4–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
Experience in the publishing, printing, or educational industry will be preferred.
