Key Responsibilities
Manage all inward, storage, and outward movement of raw materials, CKD kits, batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, spare parts, and consumables.
Ensure timely material issuance to production as per daily production plans.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy in the ERP system.
Conduct GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities and verify quantity, quality, and documentation of incoming materials.
Ensure proper identification, binning, labeling, and storage of materials.
Monitor stock levels and generate material shortage and reorder reports.
Implement FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
Maintain traceability of critical components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and chargers.
Identify and report slow-moving,



non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure proper handling and storage of batteries and sensitive electronic components.
Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, and storage conditions.
Prevent inventory losses through effective controls, audits, and security measures.
Maintain all stores-related records, reports, and ERP transactions accurately and on time.
Support internal, statutory, and inventory audits.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
3–5 years of relevant experience in Automotive, EV, or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Certifications in Warehouse/Logistics are preferred.
