Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other online marketplaces.
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, revenue growth, and market share across digital channels.
Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, content, and promotions to ensure optimal visibility and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, marketplace promotions, and brand activations.
Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and marketplace metrics to identify growth prospects.
Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and business reviews for leadership.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




5+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or D2C sectors.
Hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
Solid understanding of marketplace operations, digital marketing, online merchandising, and performance analytics.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA qualified.
Experience working with FMCG or consumer brands.
Exposure to quick commerce platforms and D2C business models.
Understanding of performance marketing and digital commerce analytics.
