Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning and Delivery:
Develop and deliver interactive and age-appropriate phonics lessons aligned with the curriculum or literacy framework.
Incorporate multisensory techniques to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Assessment and Monitoring:
Assess students' phonemic awareness, decoding, and blending skills regularly.
Track progress and identify students needing additional support or enrichment.
Intervention Support:
Design and implement targeted interventions for struggling readers to address gaps in phonics knowledge.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student progress.
Classroom Setting:
Create a positive and stimulating learning workplace that fosters a love of reading and literacy.
Utilize engaging resources, such as flashcards, phonics games, and reading materials, to reinforce concepts.
Collaboration:
Work with teachers, literacy coordinators, and support staff to align phonics instruction with broader literacy goals.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
