Key responsibilities
Acquire current clients through referrals, leads, or sales activities.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
Recommend investment products such as equities, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and other market-linked products (subject to company policy and regulations).
Assist clients with opening trading and demat accounts.
Provide market updates and investment insights.
Encourage clients to trade and invest through the brokerage platform.
Resolve customer queries related to trading, accounts, and transactions.
