Key Responsibilities - (UPS BATTERY)
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for service sales.
Engage with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell service solutions.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate service packages.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending proposals to close deals.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and industry trends.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
