Job Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation as directed by senior chefs.
Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, and measuring.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Support the kitchen team during service and maintain kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commi or Kitchen Assistant.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and in shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
