Job Summary
To create designs that are of high quality, consistent and in line with the overall design vision of the project and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain Material Masters in SAP B1.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per requirement.
Follow up with buyers/procurement team for PO release.
Coordinate with suppliers for order acknowledgement and delivery schedules.
Track open POs and ensure timely material delivery.
Coordinate material inwarding and Goods Receipt process.
Maintain procurement and inventory records in SAP B1.
Work closely with Engineering, Stores, Planning, and Procurement teams.
Identify and escalate material shortages or delivery delays.
Prepare periodic material status and procurement reports.
