Process gold loan applications and documentation.
Appraise gold and promote Gold Loan, Investment & Insurance products.
Achieve business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with Gold Loan, Investment & Insurance services.
Handle customer queries and documentation.
Ensure excellent customer service and branch support.
