Job Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Identify residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Collect project information including project name, location, builder, contractor, architect, project stage, and estimated requirements.
Identify potential prospects for construction and building material products.
Visit construction sites and interact with builders, contractors, architects, project managers, and site engineers.
Capture site photographs and collect relevant project details.
Maintain and regularly update the project database.
Submit daily field visit and project reports.
Share qualified project leads with the sales/business development team.

Requirements




Graduate/Diploma in any discipline; Civil Engineering/Construction-related qualification preferred.
1–3 years of field experience in construction, building materials, real estate, or project surveying preferred.
Basic understanding of construction sites and project stages.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collect accurate information through field visits and networking.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and smartphone applications.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidates with existing contacts with builders, contractors, architects, and developers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
