Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell industrial tools including POP riveting tools, nut insert tools, pneumatic & battery-operated fastening systems to manufacturing and industrial clients.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth across Gujarat and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Stanley POP Riveting & Nut Insert Tools and other industrial solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as automotive, fabrication, HVAC, and manufacturing
Visit customers, conduct product demonstrations, and explain technical features
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closure
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic technical understanding of industrial tools or mechanical products
Ability to handle B2B sales and industrial clients
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in industrial products / tools / automation / hardware sales
Mechanical or technical background is an advantage
Knowledge of pneumatic tools, fastening systems, or Industry 4.0 solutions will be preferred
