Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice and semi-voice support.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Update customer records and interaction details in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Experience: 4 months to 1 year (Any industry/background)
Qualification: Any UG Degree (Candidates with arrears can also apply)
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam language:
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
