Our ogranization is looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and close high-value deals. This role requires someone who can own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads (schools, colleges, corporates, institutions, businesses)
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire clients
Conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers
Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships
Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills
Strong B2B sales experience (2–6+ years preferred)
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to sell to CXOs, principals, founders, and decision-makers
Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
