Operations & Patient Flow
Oversee the daily functioning of the hospital lobby, ensuring accurate registrations, admissions, and discharges.
Monitor patient flow in the Outpatient Department (OPD) to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth transitions to triage or consultation rooms.

Staff Management
Supervise and train front office executives, receptionists, concierges, and security personnel.
Prepare duty rosters, manage staff scheduling, and ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours and shifts.
Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and streamline communication.

Cross-Departmental Coordination
Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and billing/insurance departments to facilitate quick service.
Collaborate with the facility management team to maintain the cleanliness, aesthetics, and organization of the lobby area
Address and resolve patient complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly.
