Emilo Ventures Private Limited is hiring a Legal & Compliance Intern / Executive (Grievance Officer) to support legal and regulatory compliance for our digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including IT Rules, 2021 and DPDP Act, 2023
Handle and resolve user grievances as per statutory requirements
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and government requests
Prepare and publish monthly compliance reports
Support internal teams on legal, regulatory, and policy matters
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)
0–2 years of experience in corporate law, technology law, compliance, or digital policy
Positive understanding of Indian internet regulations, privacy laws, and intermediary compliance
Strong communication, legal drafting, and stakeholder management skills
Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply
