Reports To: Workshop Supervisor / Store Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles in a retail service workplace while ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose vehicle faults
Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively
Recommend repair and maintenance solutions
Maintain job records and ensure workplace safety
Requirements:
Diploma or vocational training in Automobile Technology or related field
Experience as an automobile mechanic preferred
Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair
Solid technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
