We are looking for a skilled Paint Technician to join our team at a reputed car showroom in Aluva, Desom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle painting, surface preparation, and ensuring high-quality finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
Mix and match paint colors accurately
Apply paint using spray guns and other tools
Perform touch-ups and finishing work
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work area
Follow safety standards and procedures

Requirements:
Prior experience as a Paint Technician in automobile industry
Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and spray techniques
Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely
Attention to detail and quality workmanship




Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a car showroom or service center
ITI or technical certification in painting/automobile field
