Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in plant operations, solar, or construction sites.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety practices and quality control procedures.
Ability to handle teams and work under pressure.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors for smooth workflow.
Maintain attendance, work logs, and daily progress reports.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out on time.
Inspect equipment and report faults or maintenance needs.
Ensure materials and tools are used efficiently and kept in valuable condition.
Support in training and developing workers for better performance.
Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
Assist management in planning and implementing operational improvements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
