Generate leads through cold calling, references, social media, and site visits

Conduct site visits and explain project features
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients
Update CRM and maintain proper sales records

~ Skills & Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory)
0–3 years of experience in sales/real estate (Freshers can apply)
Solid communication and convincing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
Comfortable with field sales and site visits
