We are looking for a confident and responsible Male or Female Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers, making follow-up calls, handling basic data entry, and supporting day-to-day customer communication.
Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp
Communicate with customers professionally and politely
Understand customer requirements and provide basic information
Maintain customer and lead details using a computer
Perform basic typing and data entry work
Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses
Coordinate with the team regarding leads and customer inquiries
Complete assigned daily calling and follow-up tasks
Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Valuable typing skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications
Confident and polite while speaking with customers
Positive listening and interpersonal skills
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
