We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indo-Chinese and Chinese cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.

Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Manage mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store/Purchase team.

Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.

Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
