Candidates should have:
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education / D.Ed / NTT or equivalent
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
A caring and patient approach towards young children
Creativity and enthusiasm for activity-based learning
Previous teaching experience will be an added advantage
