Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and agile Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs and driving sales over the phone.

This is an excellent entry-level chance for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database to introduce our products/services.
Lead Generation: Pitch product offerings effectively, handle objections smoothly, and qualify potential leads.
Sales Conversion: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Data Management: Accurately maintain logs of calls, follow-ups and customer feedback in the internal system.
Customer Support:



Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, pricing and availability.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

2.Education: Any Degree

3.Skills
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing power and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy throughout the day.
Language : Fluent in Tamil & English ( Hindi is added advantage)
