Responsibilities
Supervise HVAC installation and site activities, including Split AC, VRF/VRV, Cassette AC, Ducting, Piping, Insulation, Drainage and Copper Pipe works.
Coordinate and allocate daily work to technicians and helpers.
Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor daily site progress and update the Project Engineer / Project Coordinator.
Check the quality of installation and ensure proper workmanship.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other site teams whenever required.
Verify material availability and inform the concerned team about material requirements in advance.
Maintain proper records of materials received, issued, and consumed at site.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for the work.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the technical team for timely resolution.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
Monitor manpower attendance and productivity at the site.
Prepare daily progress updates and report completed and pending activities.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Ensure project work is completed within the planned schedule and quality standards.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma/ in Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical qualification.
Relevant HVAC site experience will be preferred.
