We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to manage and coordinate our Service Technician team.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage Service Technicians
Allocate and coordinate service jobs
Monitor daily service activities and technician performance
Handle customer service-related queries and issues
Coordinate with the office and other departments
Ensure timely completion of service work
Prepare and maintain service reports

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Service/Technical field/ Any Field
Experience in handling a team is preferred
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle customers and technicians professionally
Knowledge of Diesel Generators / Power Solutions is an added advantage
Responsible, proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
