Business Development Executive – School & Institutional Sales

THOWL Games is looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to introduce our BIS-certified educational games to schools and educational institutions.
What You’ll Do
Connect with schools, principals, academic heads and management
Fix appointments and conduct product demonstrations
Visit schools across Delhi NCR
Understand school requirements and recommend suitable THOWL games
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
Build long-term relationships with schools
Maintain a structured database and sales pipeline
Follow up consistently until order closure and payment
Identify opportunities with school groups, activity centres and institutions
Who We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience preferred
Experience in school sales, educational publishing, EdTech, school supplies, educational toys, labs or institutional sales will be an advantage
Strong Hindi and English communication
Confident in meeting principals and school management
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven and comfortable with field visits
Existing school contacts will be an advantage
Two-wheeler preferred
Compensation will depend on experience and suitability.
