Monitor day-to-day finishing tasks including masonry, false ceilings, stone cladding, and joinery work.
Inspect completed sections, explicit snag lists, and fix defects before client handover.
Read and interpret complex architectural and interior layout drawings.
Direct and manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for timely delivery.
Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and safety compliance logs.
Qualification - B.Tech or Dipoloma in Civil Engineering.
Experience - 8 to 10 years of experience in High Rise Building / Real Estate industry.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
