Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through shipper and carrier calls.
Find suitable carriers for available shipments.
Negotiate freight rates and close deals.
Build and maintain solid carrier relationships.
Coordinate with carriers from booking to delivery.
Follow up on shipments, check-in times and PODs.
Handle rate confirmations and other brokerage documentation.
Resolve delays, cancellations and basic shipment issues.
Requirements
3–6 months of experience in US Freight Brokerage.
Positive knowledge of FTL/LTL, lanes, equipment and US trucking.
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
Experience with DAT/Truckstop preferred.
Target-oriented with robust follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
