Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and other IT hardware.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems, software, applications, and peripherals.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, internet, and system-related issues.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and system security.
Maintain regular data backup and recovery procedures.
Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, firewall, and other IT security systems.
Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, warranties, and AMC/service agreements.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, and maintenance.
Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, configurations, incidents, and troubleshooting activities.
Support ERP / HRMS / attendance / payroll-related systems and coordinate with vendors when required.




Ensure IT systems are available and functioning properly for production, QA, QC, warehouse, HR, accounts, and administration departments.
Assist in implementation and maintenance of IT policies, data security, access control, and backup procedures.
Identify recurring IT issues and implement preventive solutions.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems, and other office/plant technology where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and applicable pharmaceutical data integrity and security requirements.

B.Tech / B.E. (IT/Computer Science)

3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, plant, or corporate workplace.

Location : Mohali ( Banaur)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
