Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer (Civil) to lead project planning, execution, and completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and proven experience in handling end-to-end civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all civil project activities from initiation to completion.
Prepare and review project drawings, BOQs, and execution schedules.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure project quality and timelines.
Monitor project progress, cost, and material usage to stay within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Prepare project progress reports, billing details, and documentation.
Support management with project forecasting and resource planning.

Requirements:




B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project execution, preferably in commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
Robust knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and quality control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Local candidates from Ahmedabad or nearby areas only.
