Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Junior Associate Lawyer located in Mumbai. The Junior Associate Lawyer will assist senior attorneys in legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files. Responsibilities include representing clients in court, preparing pleadings, conducting client meetings, and providing legal advice on various matters.



The role also involves staying updated on legal precedents and regulations and participating in settlement negotiations.

Qualifications
Solid legal research and analytical skills
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and case management
Experience in courtroom advocacy and client representation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
LL.B. degree from a recognized institution and bar council certification
Familiarity with various areas of law, including Corporate, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property
Prior experience in a legal firm is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
