As a Junior Accounts Executive, you will assist in handling day-to-day accounting functions, vendor payments, client billing, event expense tracking, and basic financial documentation. This is an ideal entry-level or early-career opportunity for someone seeking hands-on experience in corporate accounting within a fast-paced creative industry.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, input day-to-day entries (purchases, sales, receipts, payments) in Tally / accounting software.
Invoicing & Billing: Raise client invoices, manage accounts receivables, and follow up on pending payments.
Vendor & Event Expense Management: Maintain accounts payable records, process vendor invoices, and track event-specific petty cash and vendor payouts.
Banking Operations: Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS), manage cash/cheque deposits, and assist with online banking transactions.
Taxation Assistance: Assist in filing basic GST, TDS, and other compliance returns in coordination with the senior accountant/CA.
Documentation & Filing:



Organize and preserve physical and digital financial documents, receipts, vouchers, and bills.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Skills:
Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Solid communication and organizational skills.

Position & Compensation Details

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
