Position: Business Development Executive – Fresher

Purpose: Onboarding / Client Acquisition

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
Handle the onboarding of current clients.
Identify and approach potential clients.
Explain company services and onboarding process to clients.
Follow up with interested clients and complete the onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding.
Maintain proper records of clients and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned onboarding/business development targets.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm

Joining: Immediate,

Pay: ₹10,000.09 - ₹30,000.09 per month
