Requirements
Robust knowledge of Kerala PSC examinations and syllabus
Should have appeared in / be included in any KPSC Prelims or Mains rank/shortlist
Robust academic and subject knowledge
Excellent communication and team-management skills
Ability to guide and coordinate academic/content teams
Prior experience in competitive exam training or content development will be an advantage
Key Responsibility
Lead and coordinate academic activities, content development, faculty coordination, and ensure high-quality learning support for PSC aspirants.
