Job Description for sales manager :

Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Services to drive sales and business growth in infrastructure solutions including cloud, data centre, networking, cyber security, managed services, and end-user computing. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains, and a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT infrastructure services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in target accounts across industries.
Build strong client relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams.
Create and present proposals, solutions, and commercials aligned to client requirements.
Collaborate with technical pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to win and close deals.
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide regular sales forecasts,



pipeline updates, and reports to leadership.
Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Sales.
Strong understanding of Data Centre, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Private), Networking, Security, Backup & DR, and End-User Computing services.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
