Job Responsibilities
Counsel students interested in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Laser & Beauty courses.
Handle phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in enquiries.
Explain courses, fees, curriculum, certification, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain lead/CRM records and achieve monthly admission targets.
Build robust and qualified relationships with students.
Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills. Fluent in Bengali & English; Hindi is an advantage.
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented. Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Experience in education counseling, and sales, beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
