We are looking for an experienced Manager – Procurement with 12–13+ years of experience in real estate or construction procurement to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of construction materials, including RFQs, bid evaluations, and bulk purchasing (steel, RMC, flooring, MEP, etc.).
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Develop, onboard, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, delivery performance, and commercial terms.
Prepare comparative cost analyses and drive value engineering initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with project, site,



and finance teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability of resources.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and purchase records.

Key Requirements:
12–13+ years of procurement experience in the real estate industry.
Robust knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and vendor management.
Proven expertise in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
