About the role

Twelve months in, you'll be running Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and marketplace campaigns with tracking infrastructure you trust, reporting that clients don't have to ask questions about, and a track record of turning ad spend into measurable ROI.

What you'll do
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon Ads)
Own conversion tracking end to end — GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs — so every campaign is measured accurately
Monitor spend and performance daily, reallocating budget toward what's driving ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets
Run structured A/B tests on creative, audiences, and bidding strategy, and turn results into next steps
Manage and improve on-page and technical SEO to grow organic traffic alongside paid
Report campaign performance to stakeholders in plain language — what worked, what didn't, and why
Stay current on platform changes (iOS tracking shifts, algorithm updates, current ad formats) and adjust strategy accordingly





What we're looking for

Required
3+ years running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with real budget ownership
Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics tools — GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs
A demonstrated record of improving ROI/ROAS on paid campaigns, not just running them
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and marketplace advertising (e.g. Amazon)
Comfort with data — you can read a campaign report and know what to change

Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B or lead-gen campaigns
Agency or multi-client experience
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
