Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Fresher Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, maintaining nursing records, and ensuring patient safety.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide proper nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
Administer medicines and injections as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
Maintain accurate nursing and patient records.
Ensure proper infection-control and hygiene practices.
Handle medical equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate politely with patients and their attendants.
Monitor patients and immediately report any changes in their condition.
Follow hospital policies, nursing standards,



and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the nursing station.

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
Ability to work in a team.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Requirements & Qualifications
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valid nursing registration as applicable.
Positive communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Candidates should be dedicated and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
