Role Overview

Youmed Healthbridge Pvt. Ltd. is looking to onboard operationally effective Goods Staff to manage end-to-end medicine order fulfilment. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in alignment with daily sales orders and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily order picking as per sales invoices and system-generated picklists.
Ensure accurate product selection based on brand name, salt composition, batch, and expiry.
Perform packing and labeling of medicines for safe transit.
Coordinate with billing and outbound logistics teams for timely dispatch.
Verify quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before shipment.
Maintain rack-to-order alignment to minimize fulfilment errors.
Support inward stock placement and shelf organization when required.
Adhere to pharmaceutical storage and handling protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in medicine order fulfilment within a wholesale/retail pharma setup.
Solid working knowledge of medicine brands, generics (salts), and product categories.




Ability to read and interpret invoices, picklists, and stock sheets.
Physically fit to manage warehouse movement and goods handling.
Process-oriented with high accuracy and accountability.

Compensation Structure
Salary aligned to experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
Final remuneration to be discussed during the personal interview.
