Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the retail sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing staff, assisting customers, monitoring stock, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the retail sales team.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Support the team in sales activities and guide staff when required.
Monitor stock levels, product displays, and ensure proper merchandising.
Coordinate with the concerned departments for stock replenishment and operational requirements.
Maintain proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales records.




Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to the management.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper presentation of the retail area.
Train and guide current team members on products, sales procedures, and customer service.
Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed by the team.

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or a supervisory role is preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Basic knowledge of sales, billing, stock management, and reporting.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
