Store Management
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.

Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of procurement records.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in purchasing and store management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Valuable knowledge of inventory control procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
