Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain services, offers, or products clearly
Maintain records of conversations and leads in CRM
Report daily call status and feedback
Eligibility & Skills:
Communication (mandatory)
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred
Ability to use Whats App, Excel, and basic computer apps
