We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Sales Officer with 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, building solid customer relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about projects.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation.




Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 year of experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
