Interior Designer – Property Management & Interiors

Location: Goa

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our property management and interior design team in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial properties.
Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and design presentations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Visit project sites and supervise interior execution.
Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and quotations.
Coordinate procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and other interior materials.
Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Support property management requirements related to renovation, maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrades.
Source and coordinate with local vendors and contractors in Goa.





Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in interior design and site execution is preferred.
Positive knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and interior construction.
Ability to prepare drawings and presentations using relevant design software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Goa.
Freshers with robust design skills may also be considered.
