We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as Front Desk Representatives. What You’ll Do:
Virtually greet and assist hotel guests in the USA
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Promote hotel services and amenities
Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure smooth operations
Deliver a personalized and qualified guest experience
Who Can Apply?
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Service-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
