Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the assigned VMC & Cutting Machine zone (4–6 VMC machines and related cutting machines).
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to achieve daily production targets.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and cycle time adherence.
Verify machine setting, tooling, fixtures, and program readiness before production start.
Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Track hourly and daily production performance and take corrective actions for deviations.
Train and guide operators and setters on process requirements and best practices.

Required Skills
Knowledge of VMC machining operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machine programs.
Valuable leadership and manpower handling skills.
Basic knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
