About The Role

Châlet D’Or is hiring highly presentable and fluent English-speaking F&B; Servers to deliver a refined 5-star hospitality experience inside luxury retail spaces including jewellery boutiques, couture houses, premium furniture studios, and elite showrooms.

This role is designed for individuals who carry elegance, professionalism, and exceptional guest-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Serve beverages, desserts, and refreshments with luxury hospitality standards
Maintain elegant serving etiquette and premium presentation
Welcome and assist showroom guests professionally
Ensure guests receive a seamless and memorable hospitality experience
Handle trays, crockery, cutlery, and luxury serving ware carefully
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service organisation at all times
Coordinate with the barista and operations team for smooth service flow
Support VIP meetings, luxury events, and private client experiences

Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory
Excellent grooming, personality, and body language
Prior experience in hospitality, hotels,



fine dining, aviation, luxury retail, or cafés preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in high-end luxury settings
Disciplined, punctual, and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and positive attitude
