Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials such as wax, ceramic slurry, shell materials, and metal alloys.
Verify material certificates and specifications.
Ensure materials meet quality standards before production.
Measure components using:
Vernier caliper
Micrometer
Height gauge
Bore gauge
Dial indicator
Radius gauge
Thread gauges
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), if available
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), if required.
Record non-conforming products and corrective actions.
Ensure traceability of castings.
Common Qualification:
Diploma or ITI / B.Tech/ B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Experiences: Fresher or Min. 1 Year
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
