Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC / Hydraulic / Manual Bending Machines efficiently and safely.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and bending specifications before production.
Set machine parameters such as angle, pressure, thickness, and bending sequence according to job requirements.
Perform accurate bending operations on sheet metal, pipes, and other metal components as per approved drawings.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, Angle Gauge, and Micrometer for dimensional checking.
Ensure proper alignment, tooling setup, and die selection before machine operation.
Monitor machine performance and immediately report any abnormal sound, breakdown, or maintenance requirement to the concerned department.
Maintain daily production reports, rejection records, and machine operation logs.
Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency during operations.
